Duff Mudder

Ever fancied doing a Tough Mudder but not sure you have what it takes – or you don’t fancy being with loads of people – or you don’t actually fancy paying for it?  Well we have an alternative – the Duff Mudder – sponsored by Doughnuts R Us Co.

There are three races to choose from:-

The House
56 Metres
4 Obstacles

The Street
3/4 Mile
12 Obstacles

The Full Duffer
1.5 Miles
25 Obstacles

Or, why not do all three Duff Mudder races – you never know, once you start you may become addicted to them.

You need to think very carefully on what you are going to wear – nothing fancy, because yes just like the Tough Mudder you are going to get muddy – remember this is not a fashion show – but the choice is yours.

We have given you hints and tips to help you get through this and there are even cut out wrist bands of each race and you can wear these with pride showing everyone how fit you are.
